Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan)

Li style Taijiquan is a small to medium frame style of Taiji. The Li style Taijiquan is also known as the "Square Yard Taiji Style" as its form can be performed in a small confined area, whereas most other styles of Taijiquan need plenty of space to practise their form.

Training within the Li style Taijiquan consists of the following:
