Chin Na/Qin Na

Chin Na/Qin Na means to "Seize & Control" the joints, tendons and ligaments all Chinese martial arts involve Qin Na in their particular training with some styles using more than others. Qin Na is not a martial art style but is actually one of the four main fighting sections like Striking, Kicking, Wrestling (Qin Na) and Throwing that all Chinese kung fu styles cover.

Because of the growing interest with individuals wanting to specialise in the Qin Na aspect of the Chinese Martial arts the Li Family Internal Arts Association has developed a student training program for individuals to fully study Chinese Qin Na.

There are six sections of Qin Na training that are covered by the LFIAA.

1. Mis-placing the bone.

2. Dividing the Tendons.

3. Grabing the Muscle.

4. Sealing the Blood.

5. Sealing the Air.

6. Acu-point Cavity Pressing.

Li Family Qin Na teaches you how to use a minimum use of power with a superior amount of knowledge of angulation, leverage, neutralisation, balance and manipulative skill to immoblise or subdue an attacker from either a punch, kick or wrestling position.

Today many law enforcement agenices teach their staff how to use the seizing and controlling techniques of Qin Na to defend themselves against various attack situations. The Li Family Qin Na is very suitable for girls, women, boys and men to learn a quick and practical method of self defnce for todays aggressive society.
